導(dǎo)致基面含水量過高的原因有兩個，一是建筑本身沒有配備防水層，一旦進行改建就會出現(xiàn)含水量過高的問題。

另一個方面是在基面完工后，地面沒有干透，或者是涂裝的防水層已經(jīng)失效，導(dǎo)致基面的含水量過高。

在一些特殊情況下，根據(jù)基地含水量程度，我們在涂裝尺度樹脂地坪系統(tǒng)時，需要涂裝尺度底涂層。

3、專業(yè)基面防水層

一般情況下，在地下室或者地下停車場等區(qū)域，由于環(huán)境問題，會鋪設(shè)專業(yè)的基面防水層，或者通過涂裝一層防滲透涂層來達到防水的效果，適用于含水量不斷上升的基面。這種防滲透滲出產(chǎn)品主要是在樹脂地坪系統(tǒng)完成后，用來防止水位升高引起的滲水現(xiàn)象進行的保護手段。
